Sea Cliff Traverse
Sideways climbing, for a big adventure!
Humphrey Head is where the hard rocks of the Lake District meets the soft sands and marshes of Morecambe Bay, creating a unique opportunity for adventures.
Your guide will lead the group, scrambling just above the sands of the bay on the steep rocks of the headland. There are harder bits, easy bits, bits where falling off would make you muddy and bits where falling would make you wet. There are also some tight squeezes to try and a cave to explore. A brilliant and special little adventure.
Sea Cliff Traverse

Sea Cliff Traverse
A fantastic activity for all of the family and is a great introduction to climbing, caving and scrambling, with the abilitiy to set your own level of challenge.
The session is based on the Cartmel peninsular at Humphrey Head and makes a great place for a picnic or spot of kite flying after your traverse.

Sea Cliff Traverse + Bushcraft
Follow the footsteps of our Palaeolithic ancestors (aka Cave Men) exploring the Humphrey Headland.
Light a fire using a spark and learn the skill of maintaining a fire for baking bread, making pizzas, fruit crumble and perhaps roasting a few marshmallows.
