Eating in unusual places
How often is lunch or afternoon tea a truly memorable experience. We have, over the years, managed this for hundreds of people. Either through taking afternoon tea to a high mountain location or teaching you to cook you own three-course meal with traditional fire techniques - assuming you master the fire lighting element.
Just to let you know we love our food - think chocolate eclairs for afternoon tea and wood-fired pizza for bushcraft. This is definitely not "Get me out of here!” food.

Tea on Top of the World
Gummers How is a hill in the south of the Lake District, giving panoramic views. Choose from a rocky scramble or easy footpath to get to the top. The activity can be booked as either a morning or afternoon Tea session.
Mountain High Tea
Explore the mountain sides of the Old Man of Coniston and stop off for a “High Tea” quite literally! Enjoy a mountain side lunch fit for a Queen.
A summit attempt will be made depending on the weather and group needs.
Half Day Bushcraft
Light a fire using a flint and steel, rig a tarp just in case of that Cumbrian weather, roast some marshmallows and make a brew.
