This session can be adapted to the skills of the rider, if you are a complete beginner go on a Trek with an instructor leading the way. Experienced rider can go on our hacks which include Walk, Trot and Canter.
Minimum Age: 4 years 

Do you have a horse crazy child, well this is the perfect day for them! Turn up to the stables and get given a pony to love for the day. The day is full of learning the skills of good horsemanship, a two hour riding session, grooming, tack cleaning and rosettes to be won. Parents are not required to stay for the day. This session is a good introduction if you’ve never been on a horse or pony. Our instructor will lead you around the grounds of the farm and take your first steps sat in the saddle. Based from Northern Site.

Are you an experienced rider visiting the Lake District. Our full day hacks get out and explore the best parts of the Lakes, riding over Fells, down quite country lanes all whilst meeting like minded people. Based from Northern site.

Share the joy of horse riding with the family. This introduction session is based on two adults and two children riding together. Explore the farmland whilst recieving hints and tips from your instructor and see if you can keep your horse moving. Based from Northern site.
