Canyoning

A full day of adventure starting with a training abseil, so everyone knows the kit and technique before the noise of the ghyll blots out the ability to hear instructions.

Then a short walk to the exciting bit of the ghyll, where different challenges are faced, some abseiled and some jumped. Jumping where and when instructed is compulsory, otherwise you are stuck!
